Boyfriend Me ("the App") is developed by Futuron Inc. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Conversation Data: Your chat messages are sent to our AI service provider (Google Gemini) to generate responses. Messages are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
Photos: If you share photos in chat, they are sent to the AI service to generate contextual responses. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
Local Data: Your goals, preferences, boyfriend type selection, shared interests, and chat history are stored locally on your device using iOS local storage. This data never leaves your device except when sent as conversation context to the AI service.
Subscription Data: Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information.
We use Google's Gemini API to generate AI responses. Your messages are sent to Google's servers for processing. Google's API terms state that API inputs are not used to train their models. For more information, see Google's API Terms of Service.
The App may send local notifications (scheduled text messages from your AI boyfriend). These are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No push notification server is involved.
All conversation data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes all data. We have no server-side data to delete because we don't store any.
The App is rated 17+ and is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
