Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Boyfriend Me ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Boyfriend Me is an AI-powered chat companion app for entertainment purposes. The App uses artificial intelligence to simulate conversational interactions. The AI characters are fictional and do not represent real people.

Entertainment Purpose

The App is designed for entertainment only. AI-generated responses should not be taken as real advice, especially regarding:

Medical or health decisions
Financial or legal advice
Mental health or crisis support
Relationship decisions

If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions

The App offers an auto-renewable yearly subscription managed through Apple's App Store. Any free-trial duration and the exact localized price are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you subscribe. Existing customers may retain access through a previously purchased plan that is no longer presented to new customers.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation or when an offered trial ends. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can restore purchases and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI systems
Use the App in any way that could harm or overload our services
Share AI-generated content in a misleading way that implies it was written by a real person

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, character personalities, and branding, is owned by Futuron Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, appropriate, or uninterrupted. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate responses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
